About the Topic:

Psychological Safety refers to a person’s perception of the consequences of taking an interpersonal risk. The need to cultivate safe environments that empower success and equip employees with the skills and tools they need to effectively lead and implement the workplace initiatives of today is crucial. Psychologically safe teams are more likely to give their best efforts at work, hold more positive attitudes toward change, and be more actively engaged.

In this seminar, we will

  • Discuss the concept of psychological safety and why it is important
  • Explore research on how to create psychologically safe workplace cultures
  • Look at ways to assess a team’s level of psychological safety
  • Consider ways that leaders can increase psychological safety especially in hybrid teams
