About the Topic:
Managing to have project deliverables according to project scope, timeline within the resources constraints is the basic responsibilities for project managers. In the current IT projects especially the focus on digital transformation, just ensuring project deliverables is not good enough. As project management professional, we have to ensure the value realisation from the project outcome for clients.
Andy would like to share the insight, overview of practice and processes for value realisation for IT projects to be successful in this upcoming seminar.
About the Speaker:
Mr. Andy Wu is currently the Service Delivery Director working in a regional IT consulting company and is responsible the project of PasS cloud solutions’ implementation for clients. Andy has more than 20 years experience in senior management position for IT service and project management in the Greater China and North Asia regions.
Andy is Project Management Professional, Agile Scrum Master, ITIL Expert, ITIL 4 Managing Professional and degree holder of Master of Business Management.
