Synopsis

This course includes demo, practicing exercises, discussion and presentations inside which attendees apply the latest findings from researches on coaching self in order to enhance the life quality including work performance, family relationship and social interactions. The approach is to facilitate experience sharing, skills transfer and attitude shaping in a highly engaged way to ensure that attendees could apply self-coaching methods effectively in different situations and scenarios encountered daily.

Audience

This course is intended for mature leaders who manage one life aspect successfully but fail to have a satisfactory life feeling overall. Life aspects include career, family, friends, social relationships, financial needs, selfdevelopment, spiritual needs … etc.

This course is intended for project managers/ program managers/ team leaders/ people managers/ team members who want to hone their self-coaching thinking, mindset, mentality, personality, behavioral performance, skills, attitude, knowledge and body reactions to maximize the intended benefits (such as satisfied customers, happy upper management, higher teamwork, higher quality life, faster delivery, strong boding with people) by lowering the impact from the nontangible obstacles – internal & external frictions – in project environment.

Prerequisites

Before attending this course, project leaders are perferable to have:

  • Some knowledge of project management
  • Experience of leading teams
  • Basic terms of psychology e.g. cognitive thinking, beliefs
  • Some people management skills and organization behavior best practices
  • Ability to openly share, articulate and present knowledge, experience and information in a systematic and clear way
