Description

In the Agile world, we can no longer count on one single person (e.g., PM/SM) to ensure success. Adaptive leadership and self-organizing team imply Agility. Only happy developers can create happy customers and high valued products. The Scrum methodology is a framework that relies on cross team members to deliver products in shorter cycle and faster react to customer feedback.

Scrum is like a game, which can be finished in many ways. The Scrum Master (or Coach) becomes an important role that is regarded as a servant leader to: a) protect the development team from interruptions, b) remove obstacles during development, c) tell project/product vision and d) provide productive working environment.

This class will re-cap the Agile approach to software development or new product/service development. This approach helps developers to bring values to customers or users during a significant change in an organization. The second part of this class will equip Scrum Master to lead the team without drilling into technical issues.
