Synopsis

This course includes demo, practicing exercises, discussion and presentations inside which attendees apply the latest findings from researches on psychological resilience, EQ and AQ into their workplace. The approach is to facilitate experience sharing, skills transfer and attitude shaping in a highly engaged way to ensure that attendees could apply psychological resilience methods effectively in their workplace from a new proven perspective and resume/excel the staff member’s original working performance.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Apply psychological resilience model and steps to manage stressed staff members
  • Acquire the findings of psychological resilience from modern researches

Audience

This course is intended for project leaders who have to manage stressed staff members. This course is intended for project managers/ program managers/ team leaders/ people managers/ team members who want to hone their people management mentality and skills to maximize the project benefits (satisfied customers, happy upper management, higher teamwork, higher quality, faster delivery and more reasonable resources) by lowering the impact from the non-tangible obstacles – low psychological resilience and low EQ staff – in project environment.

Before attending this course, project leaders must have:

  • Experience of managing project teams
  • Basic terms of psychology e.g. cognitive thinking
  • Some understanding about EQ and AQ
  • Some people management skills and organization behavior best practices
