Synopsis

The PMP (Project Management Professional) certification offers recognition to practitioners who are working on projects as well as project team members who wish to demonstrate their project management knowledge. This certification denotes that the individual possesses the knowledge in the principles and terminology of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), the standard of project management’s generally recognized good practices. The holders can fluently speak in the standard project management language that can ease project implementation.

Course Objectives

This 2-day workshop can help students to develop roadmap to prepare PMP® examination in an effective way. Examination skill will be focused in order to help candidate correctly understand the questions and then provide corresponding answers. Success rate can be significantly increased.

Instructor’s Profile – Mr. Alex Sin, PMP®, PMI-ACP®

Alex Sin is an independent consultant with more than 26 years of IT experience with expertise in Consulting, Project Management and Training. He is a certified instructor in a few areas including IT, Consulting and Management Development. Alex is well equipped with Methodology to deliver IT Consulting. He is also a practitioner of PDI, MBTI and DISC well-known consulting tools.

Alex enriched his Project Management experience from large scaled projects like Libraries, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department and Companies Registry. He recently completed a virtualization project for a local telecommunication company.

Alex is currently a VP Volunteer at Project Management Institute Hong Kong Chapter. Alex graduated from The University of Toronto with major in Computer Sciences and Mathematics.
