The PMP (Project Management Professional) certification offers recognition to practitioners who are working on projects as well as project team members who wish to demonstrate their project management knowledge. This certification denotes that the individual possesses the knowledge in the principles and terminology of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), the standard of project management’s generally recognized good practices. The holders can fluently speak in the standard project management language that can ease project implementation.

Course Objectives

This 2-day workshop can help students to develop roadmap to prepare PMP® examination in an effective way. Examination skill will be focused in order to help candidate correctly understand the questions and then provide corresponding answers. Success rate can be significantly increased. Instructor’s Profile – Mr. Alex Sin, PMP®, PMI-ACP®

Alex Sin is an independent consultant, comes with more than 24 years of IT experience with expertise in Consulting, Project Management and Training. Alex Sin has been a certified instructor in a number of training including Negotiation, Consulting and Management Development. Alex is certified as ITIL/ITSM® Manager, well equipped with Methodology to deliver IT Consulting. He is also a practitioner of PDI, MBTI and DISC well-known consulting tools.

Alex enriched his Project Management experience from large scaled projects like Libraries, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department and Companies Registry. Alex is a certified PMBOK trainer and is now VP Young PM Development at PMI HK Chapter. Alex graduated from The University of Toronto with major in Computer Sciences and Mathematics.
