Synopsis

This course includes demo, practicing exercises, discussion and presentations inside which attendees apply the latest findings from researches on Cognitive Thinking Flexibility in order to exploit the existing resources to enhance the life quality including work performance, family relationship and social interactions through options creations The approach is to facilitate experience sharing, skills transfer and attitude shaping in a highly engaged way to ensure that attendees could apply Cognitive Thinking Methods effectively in different situations and scenarios encountered daily.
