About Topic:

In the current era of VUCA – Volatility (V), Uncertainty (U), Complexity (C), and Ambiguity (A) – have become the “four signature dishes” in Project Management. Whether the project is in information technology, land development, market expansion, merger and acquisition, or other types of projects in different countries and industries, we all have the opportunity to experience these “four signature dishes”.
Is Agile Project Management the “Silver Bullet”? What have we learned from VUCA? What unique experiences have we acquired from these multinational M&A projects?
Before his retirement in 2023, Danny led a number of international M&A, divestiture, and joint venture projects. The VUCA experiences included different extreme variables, such as SARS, COVID-19, political changes, financial tsunami, and cultural diversity, among others. In this sharing, Danny will share his “sweet and sour” firsthand experiences from these projects with honest advice on strengthening adversity handling capabilities and advancing career altitude.
