About the Speaker:

Ir. Dr YK Chan

PhD (Oxford), EngD (Warwick), DMgt(IMC/SCU), MSc (Cranfield), CEng, RPE, FIEE, FHKIE, RSSMBB, RLS, TOC Certified Practitioner

Ir. Dr. YK Chan has over 30 years of professional experience in service and manufacturing industries and is currently the Hong Kong Managing Director of a global consultant firm, SBTI-HK Ltd. He is Chartered Engineer (CEng), is a Fellow of the Hong Institute of Engineers (FHKIE) and is Chairman of Six Sigma Institute.

Dr. Chan graduated with a Doctorate in Engineering from University of Warwick, Doctorate in Management from IMC / SCU (Sichuan University). He is also a Registered Six Sigma Black Belt (RSSMBB), a Registered Lean Specialist (RLS) and has extensive experience and subject matter expertise in the practice of Lean Methodologies, Quality Management and Business Process Reengineering.
