Project Risk Management

Synopsis
Strong project execution really depends on solid project plan. Unfortunately, project plan is valid only when no surprise arises. To ensure a successful project, full awareness of potential risks is required and plans on mitigating risks are also essential. Therefore, effective risk management must be in place to keep the risks under control. It is because risk is an uncertain event or condition that, if it occurs, has an effect on at least one project objective.
