Congress Registration – Group Rate (less than 5 delegates)

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Registration Form received will be processed upon receipt of registration fees payment.
2. Congress program is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Congress, the only liability of the     Organizing Committee is to refund the registration fee paid.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    On or before 30 November 2021: Full refund less administrative charge of HK$500;
    After 30 November 2021: No refund
    All cancellation must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
4. The information provided will be used for registration. For correction of personal data after submission, please advise the Congress Secretariat.
5. Participants of the 1-Day Congress are entitled to obtain 7 Professional Development Units (7 PDUs).
6. PMI HK Membership No. is the same as the PMI Membership No.
