Mr. CY Kan is an accomplished technology leader with 30+ years of experience in AI, big data analytics, blockchain, software development, and enterprise architecture. He has delivered large-scale technology and digital transformation initiatives for organizations in various sectors. His expertise covers software development, solution architecture, data platforms, cloud migration, systems integration, project management, governance, presales, tender bidding, and cross-border team leadership.
Mr. Kan has held senior positions at Cognizant Technology Solutions and PCCW Solutions, where he led major innovation and transformation programmes across Greater China and the wider region.
He is also a published author, course instructor, guest speaker, and award-winning technology professional. His publications cover Node.js, Cassandra, big data, and large language models, while his speaking engagements have focused on the future of AI and big data. Mr. Kan holds a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Hong Kong. He also possesses professional certifications including PMP, PMI-ACP, TOGAF, CISSP, Scrum, AI, blockchain, deep learning, and algorithmic trading credentials.
