Keen has been a member of the PMI HK Chapter since 2008 and started volunteering with the Chapter in 2010 as a sub-committee member. He joined the Executive Committee in 2013 and has served as VP Publications, VP Marketing and is now Executive VP Finance, with a total of 12 years on the Committee
Keen has extensive prior experience as a financial auditor and a financial controller in Food Industries in New Zealand. Since branching out into Project Management, Keen more than 20 years of professional experience in a variety of senior roles which includes project leadership in ERP system implementations, setting up of Program Management across the Asia Pacific region and senior project manager in contract roles with the banking, insurance and aviation industries.
Keen is a certified PMP with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Otago, New Zealand, and was a Chartered Accountant until his retirement from the accounting profession in 2021.

Currently serving as the Head of Investment Solutions at EVIDENT, Manton plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s strategic initiatives and expanding its offerings in the digital asset space.
Manton has been instrumental in spearheading innovative projects such as the tokenization of electric vehicle charging station revenues in collaboration with China Resources Longdation, enhancing investor access to green infrastructure.
Prior to joining EVIDENT, Manton held significant leadership positions, including CEO and Executive Director of an offshore asset management firm and Investment Director at a prominent Chinese family office. His expertise spans macroeconomic analysis, asset allocation, and wealth management solutions tailored for institutions and high-net-worth individuals.
