Call for Nominations for 2025-2027 Project Management Institute Hong Kong Chapter Limited

Dear PMI Hong Kong Chapter Members,

In 2025, members of the PMI Hong Kong Chapter Limited (PMIHK) will elect fifteen (15) Executive Committee members to serve PMIHK for a two-year term, from July 2025 to June 2027.

The nomination period includes 23 May 2025 (9:00 am HK time) to 13 June 2025 (5:00 pm HK time). Please grab the chance to nominate eligible PMIHK members you consider capable of succeeding in the positions.

To nominate, please email the completed Nomination Form together with a photo of the Nominee, in MS Word or PDF format, to the Nomination Committee Chair (ncchair@pmi.org.hk) on or before 13 June 2025 (5:00 pm HK time).

The Nominating Committee Chair will inform all eligible candidates and will place the information of eligible candidates on the ballot by 20 June 2025. The voting period is from 09:00 am HK time on 20 June 2025 to 5:00 pm HK Time on 11 July 2025. A separate announcement regarding the vote will be posted.

Election results will be announced at the PMIHK Annual General Meeting on 19 August 2025. The concerned details will be announced later.
