Synopsis
As a seasoned project manager or major business stakeholder, you have supported the business team in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a long time. You may wondering if there is a more effective way to conduct UAT so that defects can be discovered early, as well as few of them become escaped defects. This course will teach you the best practices in preparing better requirements to facilitate UAT, and in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system fitness to use. As well, you will learn about how to write better test cases with acceptance criteria.

Being a seasoned executive and project director with expertise in ICT Technology, Raymond understands the significance of professional project management, business analysis, technical development methods and how these competencies are increasing importance to an organization. Raymond has over 30 years of IT experience with leading edge corporations. He has held senior positions such as Managing Director, General Manager, and Principal Consultant of leading-edge technology and system integration firms in Canada, Hong Kong and China. Raymond is very passionate about the professionalism in Project Management, Agile Approach & Business Analysis. He was one of the founders of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Hong Kong Chapter in 1997 and has been serving as an Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong Chapter from 1997-2013. He is the Past President of PMI Hong Kong Chapter. Currently, Raymond is managing his own consultancy business.
