About Speaker

Ir. Albert Leung is the Acting Chief Executive Officer of eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre and a highly accomplished dispute resolution practitioner, with extensive expertise in mediation, arbitration, and cross-border dispute management. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and currently serves as Vice President (Corporate Relationships) of the PMI Hong Kong Chapter.
Ir. Leung is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators. He is an accredited mediator and arbitrator, as well as a Chartered Engineer registered with the UK Engineering Council and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE).
With over three decades of senior executive experience in the technology and engineering sectors, Ir. Leung brings a distinctive practitioner’s perspective to dispute resolution. He combines legal insight with strong commercial acumen and deep technical expertise. His experience includes handling and overseeing complex cross-border disputes involving technology, intellectual property, and commercial contracts, as well as representing organisations in disputes across both Hong Kong and Mainland China.
At eBRAM, Ir. Leung leads the development of innovative LawTech platforms, including Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) and digital mediation systems that facilitate efficient, secure, and technology-enabled resolution of project disputes on a global scale. He is actively engaged in mediation advocacy, mediator appointments, and dispute system design. In addition, he contributes to the professional community as a judge for international mediation and barbitration competitions, including the ICC International Mediation Competition (Hong Kong), the Vis East Moot, and the ALSA International Mediation Competition.
Ir. Leung holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science (MSc) in E-Commerce and Internet Computing. He is widely recognised for his practical insights into mediation, oral advocacy, and effective project dispute resolution strategies.
