Panel discussion: Making a difference to Project Management – Chapter Volunteers share their “joys of giving”
Background
PMI Hong Kong Chapter is run by chapter members who volunteer their services to serve the Chapter, its members and the project management community. These unpaid and dedicated volunteers serve the Chapter in multiple roles, such as Executive Committee members, sub-committee members and volunteers for Chapter events, community work, etc and they have made significant positive impacts in promoting project management and supporting the Chapter members.
Panel Forum
In this Panel Forum, current chapter volunteers will share their rich experiences, contributions and the benefits they have gained from the “joys of giving” as volunteers. The panel will be made up of the following members:
• Facilitator: Anthony Tsui (EVP External)
• Panel: Keen Lam (EVP Finance), Anne Wong (volunteer > 10 years), James Delany (Volunteer MC for Chapter Congress and events)
The Chapter hopes that that their volunteerism stories will inspire members to volunteer and make a difference to our profession.
