Region 9 Project Management Case Competition 2025

About the Competition
The competition, spearheaded by the Project Management Institute Hong Kong Chapter (PMIHK) (https://www.pmi.org.hk/), aims to cultivate and empower young project managers while fostering awareness of industry best practices in project management among students and the wider community.
Participants will engage in specialized training sessions on project management and attend seminars delving into digital technologies, trends, and their practical applications across diverse sectors.
In response to the rapid disruptions triggered by the pandemic across various industries, the competition challenges students to assume a consulting role. By applying critical analysis, problem-solving skills, and project management acumen, students will be tasked with crafting digital projects designed to facilitate transformative changes and enhance business outcomes for companies within specific industries.
Throughout the competition, students will be expected to showcase their business acumen and mastery of project management methodologies and principles. Awards will be granted to teams whose project proposals demonstrate effective project management practices, offering substantial benefits and innovative solutions to end-users through the strategic integration of digital technologies.
