Seminar on “Faster projects, on-time, with team harmony”

With the proliferation of digitalization and shortage of technical resources, a number of global organizations have begun to utilize Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) as part of the project delivery approach.

With a focus on dealing better with uncertainty and variability, as well as on bringing awareness, attention and action on the critical areas that make the biggest impact, CCPM has been successfully used by global companies such as Mazda, Boeing, Proctor & Gamble and in Government to accelerate the speed, sustainability and consistency in their project delivery. This has helped to uncover hidden capacity to increase the number of completed projects, significantly improve the on-time completion of projects, and to improve the bottom line & team member motivation, engagement, and harmony.

This sharing will look to introduce the concepts and concepts of CCPM with a focus on how this knowledge can be readily applied and practiced.
