About the topic:

As companies are going through business transformation and digitisation – The ultimate winners will be those who have adapted the mastery of change and are able to think quickly and decisively when things happen.

Project managers are facing increasing complexities in carrying out their projects from people to customers and stakeholders. Although they need to be Agile, is this simply enough or does another approach need to take place?

Wars and competitions throughout history have been won simply because in the heat of conflict and challenges – leaders have taken an innovative and adaptable approach. What made these leaders special and can lessons learned from their victories be applied to resolving modern business challenges?
