Outstanding Volunteer Awards 2018

Objective

The PMI HK Chapter has organized the Outstanding Volunteer Awards 2018 to recognize volunteers of PMI HK Chapter and to encourage them to continue their contributions to PMI.

Eligibility

• PMI volunteers of any PMI HK Chapter event or Sub-Committee members of PMI HK Chapter from Jan 2017 to Sep 2018, and
• The nominee is a PMI HK Chapter member at the time of application submission and award presentation.

Key dates

• Nomination form to be submitted by 5:00pm 21 Oct 2018
• Ballot by 28 Oct 2018
• Result announcement by 30 Oct 2018
• Award presentation on 3 Nov 2018

Process

• Nomination
  • All HK Chapter members can initiate the nomination.
  • Nomination requires an Executive Committee member’s endorsement by signing the form.
  • Nomination form should contain the following information:
    • Candidate’s Full Name, PMIHK Member ID, Photo,
    • A description of the nominee’s contribution to PMI HK Chapter‘s activities which happened between 2017 to 2018
  • Completed nomination form should be sent to “info@pmi.org.hk” and cc to PMI HK Chapter VP Awards “michael.puk@pmi.org.hk”.
  • Nomination form can be downloaded in here.
• Ballots
  • Voting by the existing PMI HK Chapter executive committee members.
  • Each executive committee member will have 2 votes.
• Prize Presentation
  • Prize presentation at PMI HK Congress 2018.

Prize

• 3 Outstanding volunteers, each will receive
  • Trophy + PMP Hong Kong Chapter Training Coupon $1,800
