Synopsis
Course Objective and Outline:
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
• Understand the development of and what constitutes a “Smart City”
• Design Thinking and Systems Thinking and the key roles each play in Smart City Developments
• Learn some of the principles, available tools and techniques used in Design Thinking and Systems Thinking
• Learn to build better products and Services
Audience:
This course will benefit Project managers, Product Owners, and professionals who need to build innovation in their products and provide unique customer experiences. It is also good for those who wish to understand how Design and Systems Thinking can improve the development of smart products leading to smarter cities.
Prerequisites:
No prerequisites but to have a curious mindset.
