About the Speaker:
Mr. Eric Moy
Mr. Moy is the Managing Director in KBQuest Group Inc, a US-based software outsourcing service provider with over 1300 IT professionals. He is responsible for defining KBQuest’s strategy for software outsourcing services and leading KBQuest Group’s Hong Kong and China outsourcing service departments. Previously, he was the solution architect of KBQuest Group with more than 15 years of project management experience with Fortune 100 companies. Eric is also a member of Hong Kong Software Outsourcing Alliance (HKSOA) and a PRINCE2 certified professional.
About the Program:
"Practical outsourcing management approaches for limited outsourcing budget"
The program looks into the internal steps to be taken to develop and win the outsourcing business case in limited budget scenarios, as well as the practical approaches necessary to execute the outsourcing smoothly and efficiently and how to structure the contracts with minimal efforts required. You will learn how to manage the inevitable change and variation, and will understand how to use the simple skills and low cost tools to drive up the supplier performance over time.
