About the Topic:
A successful project manager must be a leader with effective communication. The ability to handle diverse stakeholders, cross-functional and disperse project teams is a must for effective communication and ultimately for their project to be delivered on time, on budget, with correct functionality, good quality, with an acceptable level of risk, satisfied stakeholders and measurable business benefits.
In order to mastering these challenges, project managers need to be skilled in engaging with the project team and  building trustful relationships which will in turn  motivate and stimulate thinking, promote growth and change in both mindset and behavior.  The application of coaching skills in daily conversations can achieve these.
This seminar aims to introduce the coaching mindset and the essential coaching skills including active listening, paraphrasing, asking powerful and open questions and giving reflective feedback. The participants in the seminar will learn how to
  1. Direct focus on the other person, identify their strengths and challenges, and the attributes they bring to the conversation
  2. Pay close attention to non-verbal cues
  3. Convey a sense of positivity when engaging and conversing with a person
  4. Provide reflective feedback while at the same time preserving relationship.

Please fill in the required information and submit. A confirmation letter will be sent on 27 Aug 13 (Tue) to all successful applicants. As seats are limited, the seats will be confirmed by payment. If you have any inquiries, please contact us at 2784 1880.
