About the Topic:
“Teaming for success” is a critical success factor for most of corporations. Project management also requires strong teamwork. It’s project manager’s responsibility to build the team and ensure they are walking in the same direction. However, teamwork takes time to build and it is often necessary to develop a knowledge & understanding of the characteristics and dynamics of the team members before working together.
In this seminar, we shall use 4A’s approach: Assessment, Awareness, Acceptance and Appreciation. Our guest speaker  will use proven methodology to mirror manager’s style and behaviors, let them know their strengths and weaknesses, and finally reach the way they can work together more effectively.
The “Stakeholder Management via Consultative Approach” Seminar helps team members to:
  • Know oneself and others
  • Effectively communicate with each other
  • Overcome the tension among team members
  • Meet business needs and unveil potential problems
  • Get ready for changes
