About the Speakers:
 
Mr. Alex Sin,
Alex Sin is the founder of Rabbi Consulting Limited, comes with more than 26 years of IT experience with expertise in Consulting, Project Management and Training. Mr Sin has extensive experience in learning and development and has conducted training in the areas of Negotiation, Consulting, Management Development and a number of well known stakeholder analysis tools such as MBTI and DISC.
 In regards to Project Management, Alex has a comprehensive background as a practitioner on large scaled projects like Libraries, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department and Companies Registry. Alex graduated from The University of Toronto with major in Computer Sciences and Mathematics.
 
 
About the Topic:
 
“Teaming for success” is a critical success factor for most of corporations. Project management also requires strong teamwork. It’s project manager’s responsibility to build the team and ensure they are walking in the same direction. However, teamwork takes time to build and it is often necessary to develop a knowledge & understanding of the characteristics and dynamics of the team members before working together.
 
 
In this seminar, we shall use 4A’s approach: Assessment, Awareness, Acceptance and Appreciation. Our guest speaker  will use proven methodology to mirror manager’s style and behaviors, let them know their strengths and weaknesses, and finally reach the way they can work together more effectively.
