Mr. Lui holds a BSc from Queen’s University and a MBA from the University of Oxford. He has very rich experience in the international consulting industry.
About the Topic:
Leading and building project teams is always a challenge.  In order for effective teams to work to their potential it is often the attitude rather than the aptitude that determines the height of success for teams.  The talk will discuss why it is important to select the right people and how; and highlight some useful project management techniques to facilitate this method of working.
About the Speaker:
Mr. Jonathan Lui

Director, inspearit (HK) Ltd, Hong Kong
Mr. Lui joined inspearit France in the beginning of 2012 and is now overall responsible for establishing operations, direction, and growing the newly opened Hong Kong office of the inspearit Group.  Prior to joining inspearit, Mr. Lui was a Project Director at Capgemini based in Paris.  Mr. Lui has a long track record in managing international teams in the consulting industry, having worked with fortune 500 clients in 7 different countries.  Previous past employers include Digital China, BearingPoint, and Nortel Networks.
