Mr. Cheung is an IT consultant with extensive experience across multiple industries including Finance, Insurance, Logistics, Telecom and Government in Hong Kong, Macau and China.

About the Topic:
"Tackling IT Quality & Change Management Challenges" Undertaking IT projects often brings challenges in the management of quality and change. How should project managers balance the constraints of time, cost and scope, and yet strive to also deliver high quality product or service against a landscape of frequent and disruptive change ?
This seminar will explore the root causes of poor quality and the impact of change in projects. It will also look into how to successfully manage quality and leverage change to drive better project outcomes and long term business benefits.

About the Speaker:
Mr. William Cheung
BBA (Hons) in Information Systems, CISA, CISM, GWAPT, ITIL (v3)
William is an IT consultant with extensive experience across multiple industries, including Finance, Insurance, Logistics, Telecom and Government in Hong Kong, Macau and China. He has worked on a diverse range of project including Security and Risk Assessment, IT Auditing, Penetration Testing, Solution Implementation and Consultancy and Security Training
William graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information Systems. In addition, he is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and SANS Certified GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT).
