About the Topic:

The importance of having a clear and defined scope together with an understanding of the inter-relationship between people, process and technology is paramount for project management. Although this is commonly acknowledged, achieving this in practice has many challenges. Adopting an approach that incorporates and leverages best practices in Business analysis can make a critical difference to the successful delivery of projects.

This evening's seminar will share practical advice on how Project Managers can incorporate the discipline of Business Analysis to identify and define solutions that will maximize the value delivered by an organisation to its stakeholders and articulate the underlying competencies and techniques that form part of a business analysis professional.
