About the Topic:
Although project management execution has improved, many projects today still fall short in regards to its business benefits and level of customer satisfaction. Understanding the voice of the customer and aligning the business and the efforts of project delivery teams is critical to realizing this. This seminar will explore this theme through application of the “Systematic Innovation” approach which is designed to obtain a better understanding of the needs of the customer and what drives their behavior. This in turn results in improvements in both product & service design and in the project management & delivery of these initiatives, ultimately creating greater customer satisfaction.
