About the Topic:

“Harmonic Approach to Project Success – Traditional and Agile Project Management Methodologies” Traditional waterfall methodologies have been used for many years in software development projects. However, too many software projects are still failing or are challenged in its delivery. Over the past 10 years, there is increasing interest in the use of Agile Project Management Methodologies as an alternative approach. However, its adoption and integration in an enterprise context has often been proved to be challenging. What approach should today’s organisations take? This seminar will explore this theme and share details on a complimentary approach that can be used to bring together the best of both worlds.
