As Project Management professionals, a fundamental capability is the management of human resources and having a solid understanding of processes that go into organizing, managing and leading project teams. Some common questions that frequently come up are “How well do we as Project Managers really understand the individual and teams that we are managing and leading ?”, “What are their workplace characteristics and preferences ?”,  “What key aspects do we need to be aware of for different generations and geographies / cultures ?” and “How can we leverage this knowledge to optimize the performance of our project team members & teams ?”.
This seminar will explore into the classification and characteristics of multi-generations, their working styles, communication methods and key motivators.   Recommendations on best practices to attract, manage, optimize the performance of and retain multi-generation project teams will be provided.  In addition, this seminar will present the key findings of a 5 year research program looking into the workplace characteristics and preferences of Generation Y&Z in both Hong Kong and Mainland China.
