In this seminar, our guest speaker will share with you an Innovation Management System (PD CEN/TS 16555-1:2013), articulating the business benefits of this approach.  The sharing will include how to go about mitigating and managing the risks associated with innovation, introduction of some useful tools and techniques that can be used, and provision of insights into the role that Project Management Professionals can play in these types of projects.
