PMP Certification Exam
The PMI Certification Department is pleased to announce that computer-based testing for the Project Management Professional (PMP Certification Examination is now available outside North America. The examination will be administered through Prometric (formerly Sylvan Technology) at Approved Prometric Testing Centers (APTC). The advantages of computer-based testing are as follows: Computer-based testing is offered continuously throughout the year; therefore, candidates can schedule the examination for dates and times that are convenient. The examination result is known immediately upon completion of testing. Candidates outside North America who wish to become PMP certified should follow this procedure:
1. Complete the Computer-Based Examination Application on pages 13-17 of the Certification Handbook (available at www.pmi.org under the Examination Administration link).
2. Ensure that all necessary documentation is enclosed (see the Application Checklist under App & Exam Information at www.pmi.org), including payment ($405 US for PMI members and $555 US for non-members).
3. Mail the completed application to PMI Certification Department, Four Campus Boulevard, Newtown Square, PA 19073-3299 USA.

Test Center Locator
Once a candidate is accepted by PMI HQ to take the PMP exam, he/she will receive a confirmation letter with the contact information for booking the examination center.
