Workshop Highlights:
Stakeholder Management is so often overlooked! One of the key duties of a project manager is that of stakeholder management and poor stakeholder management is one of the key reasons for project failure. Knowing your
stakeholders and recognizing their expectations is a critical element in managing successful projects; especially in these days of cross-functional, matrix-managed, and virtual or geographically dispersed teams.

In this session, participants will learn through experience sharing and participate in small group discussion on how to manage different types of stakeholders. It is an opportunity to connect with people who have similar ideas, queries, experiences and aspirations. They may have encountered the same problems or challenges in stakeholder management and yet managed to handle the situation successfully.
