Maximizing Business Benefits in a Dynamic & Changing Environment

The Hong Kong Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMIHK) will host the Asia Pacific Project Management Congress 2012 to advocate Project Management (PM) as a profession and upgrade the relevant PM standards on 2 – 3 November 2012 at the Cyberport.
The theme for this year’s Congress is “Maximizing Business Benefits in a Dynamic & Changing Environment” as the ever changing business environment has elevated risk management challenges to a new height, and managing the change has become critical to the success of projects. Keynote speeches and breakout sessions will also include speakers from ATAL Analogue Holdings Limited, City University of Hong Kong, CLP Power Hong Kong Limited, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC), Midland Realty, The Hong Kong Airport Authority, Hong Kong Jockey Club, HP Enterprise Services, China Construction Bank (Asia) and Tsinghua University, as well as representatives from various PMI Asia chapters.
